I don't know about you but I always see companies as people with personalities.
e.g. I perceive Nike as a cool, branded and creative person. And whenever I see a tick logo I would know its Nike. They have successfully created a perception in people to be easily identified because it sticks to the mind.

I have been doing design for years and it has always been for free. Venturing into business, I've learnt innumerous stuff especially about marketing.
