Uncle brought his and our family to dinner today!
On our way to meet them Mom recalled how blessed we are to have people taking us out for dinner for the past few weekends
Most of the time Aunt Rosy would bring us out, to nice places for a meal and buy us gifts
She a really kind and generous lady who never fails to fill my parents with awe
She's someone who'd go the extra mile to help.. to do little things to brighten up our day especially my grandmother's
Never before have i met someone like that..
My parents have been really tied down by work and the fatigue after work
They hardly have time (or rather the mood) for recreational activities
BUT once in awhile now they get to go to nice places.. places/experiences better than what i have been telling them about..
and now, sometimes we get a little taste of 'luxurious living'
You know this whole thing to me is more than just food and pleasure..
The exposure to this kinda life (of abundance)just provides my parents with something more to have hope for
I pray that the hopes and dreams of them wouldn't fade.
They have selfless hopes for me and i believe so.. there's so much more i can do to be a blessing.. the salt and light in their lives.
you guys wanna know how blessed I'm feeling right now?
I'm blogging using jy's laptop (in my house!)(he's not in my house!!)(he's very far away in punggol and he LEND his LAPTOP to me!!)
wow.. lol.. i wouldn't have done that if i was him hahaha
