I miss Westlife songs man (Got hooked up again haah), so beautiful. It just brings back memories, sch & exams, first job as a waiter, the silly infatuations, assignments, blading, blah blah.. the moments.
My heart's stirring with blissful feelings now tripled with new visions & motivation, O how I needed this divine moment!
I realise sometimes we're moving so fast that we tend to forget the 'moments' in our lives.
Our tomorrow becomes our yesterday in a twinkle. What's the point of striving so hard sometimes for our tomorrow when no one, not even ourselves would care to recall, remember or appreciate when it becomes our yesterday?
Driven by conviction, I've been trying hard for success - the 'ideal lifestyle' (i thank God for the desire), but i'm missing the fact that success, peace & joy is around me, in me, on me, and i'm around, in & on them as well. They're within my reach and come in the form of switches. All i have to do is turn them on whenever i'm empty on the inside. The voice of Truth told me "The first step to living in victory is to surrender." Then i realised until I'm filled in the inside, nothing i set out to do would amount to anything.
Life is like a book. The chapters of the moments are precious, i dont want to lose them, i pray they'd stay in my heart while i hold fast to the spine. i want to turn back to page #1 when i'm old and share with my kids and their kids my story, to inspire, to protect, to build, to leave a legacy. This is what I desire and have set out to do, i find no other reasonable/better options. But there’s still so much more to learn.
